IT looks as if JOHNNY DEPP has finally discovered what a hair brush and a razor are.

My pictures show the Hollywood star, who is as famous for his scruffy image as his films, with a smart new image.

Another big difference is the company he is keeping these days.

The actor, who has been linked with a string of beauties including supermodel KATE MOSS, is also seen clutching ... a duck.

Johnny has spruced up for his latest role in the new film Neverland.

The actor, who plays Peter Pan author J.M. BARRIE, has just started filming in London.

Dressed in a posh brown suit and tie, Johnny looks a million miles away from the grungy heart-throb we are used to seeing.

My source says: “You have to blink twice but, yes, it is Johnny Depp.”

I reckon his new look makes a nice change from his usual stubble and leather gear.

But will it stay?

I bet Johnny’s partner French babe VANESSA PARADIS, mother of his two children, hopes it does.
