LOVE'S MANY FORMS: Sneak previews of new films highlight ''Queer-O-Rama,'' an 11-day series at the Coolidge presented by the Provincetown International Film Festival (PIFF). The series will open on Valentine's Day with ''Iris,'' starring Judi Dench and Kate Winslet, about bisexual English novelist Dame Iris Murdoch and her battle with Alzheimer's disease.
