Kate Winslet is thrilledKate Winslet: I'm absolutely delighted. I'm really thrilled. There was lots of screaming and clapping and Mia sort of clapping and screaming and not quite knowing what was going on. So, I'm really really delighted and I'm particularly pleased for the film cause it just means that, you know -- hopefully, more people will go and see what is essentially a little British movie.

Rosie: It is this thing, isn't it? The Academy seems to sort of love British actors and it's - for you, it's the third time you've been nominated and -- they are obviously very fond of you.

Kate Winslet is thrilled Kate: Well, ummm. Ummm. Thanks. I don't know, I don't know... God knows why it happens, why people are nominated, but it's certainly thrilling to be nominated. and it's great to be in a category of such strong women this year, Ms. Dame Maggie Smith and Helen Mirren, just to be mentioned in the same breath with those two actresses is an honor in itself It just makes me proud really to be a Brit really I think when you're up against women like that.
