Oscar nominees expected at pre-awards luncheon

Russell Crowe, Nicole Kidman, Kate Winslet and Helen Mirren will be among the guests at the annual Oscar Nominees Luncheon on Monday.

Other guests expected at the event include Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Tom Wilkinson, Halle Berry, Sissy Spacek, Jennifer Connelly, Marisa Tomei, Ethan Hawke, Ben Kingsley and Jon Voight.

Best Director nominees Robert Altman, Ron Howard, David Lynch and Ridley Scott will also be at the luncheon which is held every year.

All the nominees for this year's Oscars are invited to the luncheon which will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
