KATE'S FRUMP CARD

KATE Winslet was named best British actress for the fourth year in a row last night and put it down to her baby.
Honoured for her role in war drama Enigma, she said: "I want to thank my baby Mia for making me look so fantastically frumpy because I was five months pregnant at the time."
Actor Tim Roth gave Kate her award at the Empire film magazine ceremony in London. Ewan McGregor's role in Moulin Rouge won him best British actor, also for the fourth time in four years.
His co-star Nicole Kidman got best non-British actress. Lord of the Rings was best film and its star Elijah Wood was best non-Brit actor. Christopher Lee got a lifetime achievement award.
