Titanic star Kate Winslet is preparing for motherhood by selling her old apartment and moving into a plush new home. The actress has purchased a house in trendy Hampstead, London, with husband Jim Threapleton just two months before the birth of their first child. And British beauty Kate had a massive clear-out before moving out of her two-bedroom flat in nearby Holloway.

A mystery buyer was seen loading up his van with a number of Kate's old items, including her bed, chairs and four surfboards. Her neighbor says, "I saw Kate packing things away and she was surprising at the amount of things that had to be cleared and sorted out." Another neighbor adds, "Kate has been living here for about three years. We'll miss her."
