Pregnant star's bigger bump a fake

Kate on the set of Enigma

TITANIC STAR Kate Winslet looked as if she was about to go into labour yesterday on the set of her new movie, Enigma.

However the actress revealed that her large bump was in fact part of her film role as an eight-months pregnant woman and not related to status as a real-life mum to be. Kate, 24, who is expecting her first child with film director husband Jim Threapleton, had to wear padding for her new role.

"In reality I am five and a half months pregnant now," the actress said. "For the film I'm wearing a pad which makes me look eight months gone and as if I am about to have twins, which I assure you I am not."

She was seen in London during the filming of the World War Two movie which is produced by Mick Jagger. Commenting on her situation recently she said: "I know people who got pregnant the same time as me who are absolutely huge."
