Titanic Scene Is Best Movie Hug

KATE Winslet’s clinch with Leonardo DiCaprio as the iceberg strikes the Titanic has been voted the Best Movie Hug Ever.
The embrace on the deck of the doomed ship in the 1997 blockbuster beat the final cuddle between Dirty Dancing’s Baby and Johnny into second place.
Third place went to the hug between Henry Thomas, who played Elliot, and the incubator in which E.T. lay as his life seemed to ebb away in the 1982 movie.
Bridget Jones’s Diary took fourth place for the moment Bridget runs after Mark Darcy wearing just pants and a cardigan and they hug in the snow.
The final scene of the Shawshank Redemption, when Andy and Red meet again, was at number five, followed by hugs in The Lion King, It’s A Wonderful Life, Love Actually, Pretty Woman and The Snowman.
