Looking good: Mr. Blackwell’s ‘06 worst-dressed list

It’s that time of year again. Time for Mr. Blackwell’s “Worst Dressed Women List.” Can you believe it has been 47 years since Blackwell first chronicled, as he puts it, the “follies, foibles and fashion flops” of international famous faces?
This might have been the former designer’s busiest year. There were plenty of fashion disasters, from Britney Spears’ infamous underwear faux pas to Sharon Stone, well, not really having a clue most of the time.
So, because we know you’re eager to know who made the list, here are the top 10. And remember, as actress Lynn Redgrave expressed it best: “You haven’t made it until you’ve made ‘the list!’ ”

Hits, not misses
And, as usual, Mr. Blackwell gives nods to those celebrated women who were Fabulous Fashion Independents for 2006.
They include: Kate Winslet, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Barbra Streisand, Beyoncé, Nancy Pelosi (new speaker of the House), Princess Charlotte of Monaco, Heidi Klum, Katie Holmes and Marcia Cross (pregnant with twins).
